Your PAN Application Status
- Authentication of Aadhaar given in your PAN application with UIDAI Database using demographic details (name/date of birth/Gender) given in your PAN application has failed.
- You are advised to provide necessary clarification for processing of your application with Aadhaar within one month of the intimation. Alternatively, you may submit prescribed Proof of Identity/Addres /Date of Birth document other than Aadhaar to process your application without Aadhaar.
- The name mentioned in the application form does not exactly match with the name in the Proof of Residential Address.
- Submit proof of residential address where name in application exactly matches with name in proof.
- Name mentioned in the application does not exactly match with the name in Proof of Identity.
- Submit proof of identity where name in application exactly matches with name in proof.
- Proof of date of birth submitted is not as per the list of documents prescribed by Income Tax Department.
- Submit Date of birth proof of applicant where name and date of birth in application matches exactly with corresponding details in date of birth proof.
